GISBH CEO, 21 others plead not guilty to being members of organised crime group

SHAH ALAM, Feb 12 — 22 individuals linked to Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH), including its chief executive officer Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, pleaded not guilty to a charge of being part of an organised criminal group at the High Court today.

Foreign student jailed 30 years, 12 whipping for drug trafficking

SHAH ALAM, Oct 29 — The High Court has sentenced a public university's former student to 30 years in prison and 12 strokes of the cane after finding him guilty of trafficking nearly 150g of cocaine into Malaysia six years ago.
